If you want to return a package, you have 14 days to change your mind. Unopened products will be refunded and you will receive a voucher for products that have already been used.

We send our packages with DHL. This way your packages will be delivered climate neutrally!

Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €4.95. Shipping costs are free with orders above €45.

We understand that it may seem less sustainable, as plastic has a negative image. However, Marcel has thoroughly researched this! For the plastic air cushions (made from 100% recycled plastic) in our boxes, we need about 5 times less material than paper filler. Furthermore, the plastic air cushions are much lighter, reducing CO2 emissions. The plastic of the cushions is fully recyclable and made from recycled material. This keeps the packaging circular and reduces the necessary materials.
